Using Brickblock’s technology

Property Schoenberg uses Brickblock’s technology to facilitate a real estate security token offering that allows retail investors to buy profit participation notes.

The security tokens are registered on the blockchain in a process called ‘tokenisation’. ‘Tokenisation’ allows for small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to access the capital market with less financial and bureaucratic overhead.

4,8% fixed annual profit: Receive a solid 4,8% p.a. on your investment. Investors will receive the profit as a lump sum at the end of the investment term.

Up to 2% additionally: The real estate has upside potential, profit from rent increases and raising house prices. These profits out of rent income are paid out on a quarterly basis, with the first payment starting Q1 2021.
